Wirral born & bred, Michelle spent more than eight years in the British Army ensuring the supply and operational procedures both abroad and within the UK ran smoothly. She is very passionate about Bridge Community Farms and in particular the support that the project will offer ex-service personnel. Michelle is an AAT qualified Accountant with over 10 years management experience within the health & leisure industry.

Originally from Staffordshire, I moved to Cheshire in 2012. For the past 4 years I have been a fresh produce manager at a retail distribution centre for a large supermarket chain. Previously I have had 15 years plus experience of working with adults who have learning difficulties, adults with mental health issues and young adults with Challenging behaviour. I joined Bridge community farms as a volunteer in January 2016 and felt I could make a real difference, so much so I was asked to be Farm manager in July of the same year and gladly accepted!
